Eldred Williams brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in marine and industrial painting, fiberglass, and structural repair to his role as a consultant with Mainstay Consulting Group Ltd. As the founder and principal of BVI Painters, Eldred has earned a reputation throughout the British Virgin Islands for his precision, reliability, and deep technical knowledge. His expertise includes high-end yacht finishes, surface preparation, fairing, coatings systems, and the application of antifouling, epoxy, and polyurethane products. In addition to coatings, Eldred is highly skilled in fiberglass layup, repair of composite structures, and the reinforcement and restoration of damaged hulls and superstructures. He is often called upon to diagnose coating and structural issues, recommend appropriate materials and repair strategies, and oversee their implementation to the highest industry standards. Beyond the marine sector, Eldred is also a successful entrepreneur and the owner of Bamboushay Pottery and Restaurant, a long-standing cultural and culinary landmark in Road Town, Tortola.
